American Academy of Religion Chooses McFarland as Presenter

Congratulations to Becker Bible Studies author and teacher Kathy L. McFarland! She has just received notification that she has been chosen to present her paper, “The Theological Implications of Rob Bell’s Christian/Hopeful Universalism Compared to the Historical Theological Consequences of Swedenborg’s Traditional Universalism” to the Theological and Religious Reflection program in their AAR annual meeting at Chicago. We can hardly wait to hear and learn about this tremendously serious development in religious direction today. Way to go Kathy!

Inspiring quest there. What occurred after? Take care!

It has not happened yet. But I’ve seen Kathy’s first and second draft to the presentation, and it provides strong, probative evidence that Universalism holds dangers that are not often recognized. I can’t wait to hear her paper; as soon as she presents it at the AAR Meeting in Chicago, and sends it to a professional journal to be published, we will add it to our site if we are able; if not, we will let the public know where it can be accessed. Thanks for your support.
